A culture of commitment
Our senior leaders took the lead on transforming our culture. They identified where we need to focus now in order to achieve the culture we need to be successful tomorrow. In addition to formalizing “what” we must do to be successful (our Long Range Plan and Annual Operational Plan), they identified “how” we need to behave individually and collectively to accelerate our performance and sustain our success. The end result is Our Leadership Profile. The Leadership Profile defines how each of us needs to behave and identifies four core competency areas:
PERFORMANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY: Greater focus on performance and taking personal accountability for action and results.
COMMITMENT TO CHANGE: Being committed to change and having that balance between achieving today’s results and recognizing the ever-changing environment in which we compete.
POSITIVE ENERGY: Making thinks happen – Being positive, driven and committed.
COLLABORATION: Real collaboration and cross-organizational thinking
