Quality Objectives
Every EuroDough employee is fully aware that quality is a prime success factor. Top quality ensures sustainable corporate growth.
We attach the highest priority to the quality of the raw materials we use and the way we make our products: permanent controls are in place at every stage in the production process, for the greater satisfaction of our consumers and customers.
Quality and process reliability is guaranteed by international certification
EuroDough is certified:
  Certification IFS - IFS, Higher level for the production processes
  Certification ISO 14001 - ISO 14001, for the environmental aspects.
  • Production equipment designed for Quality
    Our manufacturing expertise, the requirement of the quality inspections carried out on the production lines (using cameras) and the deployment of continuous improvement tools (LEAN) guarantee the quality of our products, to ensure absolute customer and end user satisfaction.
  • Cooking tests done "just like at home"
    Since consumers' ovens are all different, we strive to create products that can be used in all of them.

With the idea always in mind of offering products that match consumers' tastes perfectly, we carry out tests with them before launching new products.
 
And more than that, we constantly refer to the most recent studies done with panels of consumers and distributor, so that we always know what customers and the markets want.

European markets are made up of informed, demanding consumers, with precise expectations in terms of taste, presentation and the convenience of the product.
 
To stay ahead, we develop products that are studied and adapted to the cultures and eating habits of each of these countries.
 

To achieve our customer and end user’s satisfaction objectives, the EuroDough innovation process is transversal to ensure effective collaboration between all the different services concerned.

We also work with specialized independent laboratories to validate our products with panels of consumers. These sensory analysis panels consisting of external tasters allow us to reassure our customers on the superiority of our products.

Our senior leaders took the lead on transforming our culture. They identified where we need to focus now in order to achieve the culture we need to be successful tomorrow. In addition to formalizing “what” we must do to be successful (our Long Range Plan and Annual Operational Plan), they identified “how” we need to behave individually and collectively to accelerate our performance and sustain our success. The end result is Our Leadership Profile. The Leadership Profile defines how each of us needs to behave and identifies four core competency areas:
